When it is people vs roads, it’s rare that people win.
Despite the signed contracts, federal funding committed and homes acquired the East-West Tunnel project has been stopped! (For now at least).
But what stopped it? We’ll take a look at the community campaign strategies and tactics that enabled this historic win.
