MCN_logoA relaxing session that will share new ideas and tools for activist wellbeing.

Holly Hammond (Plan to Win and Plan to Thrive) recently travelled to the UK and Spain for a research trip about activist health and wellbeing.

Her trip included:

  • A writing retreat in the north of Spain to collate findings, write articles and develop curriculum for future workshops.

Holly will share insights from the trip in a suitably relaxing and nourishing session that will provide new perspectives on how to show care for yourself and other activists.

This is a Melbourne Campaigner’s Network event. MCN holds regular gatherings for campaigners, activists, and organisers to discuss ideas, exchange resources and discover new approaches to social change.
